President--Larry C. Gaskins
Larry majored in Civil Engineering at Heald Engineering College in San Francisco, CA in 1969. He is a Certified General Contractor of the State of Florida and 2002 National President of the Associated General Contractors of America.

Larry is a Georgia native, growing up in Pearson, a South Georgia farming town about 100 miles from Jacksonville. He has lived in Jacksonville for over 30 years. Larry Gaskins joined the company in 1981, and purchased all stock in 1985.

Vice President - Douglas W. Farley
Doug Farley joined L. C. Gaskins Construction Company in 1993 as vice president in charge of finance and administration. Farley has over thirty years management and leadership experience, more than twenty of which have been in the construction industry. He provides executive services to L. C. Gaskins in the areas of general management, finance and accounting, administration, human resources and risk management.

Farley received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in business administration from Auburn University. He currently serves on the education committee of the Associated General Contractors of America, is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and is Treasurer and a member of the Board of Stewards of The Village Church.
